Change of name Reggeborgh Vastgoed B.V.

DW Property invests in residential real estate in economically strong regions.
After an amendment to the company’s articles of association, the name has been changed to DW Property B.V. We expects to have implemented the name change throughout our organisation by the middle of this year.
DW Property is led by Jan Willem Weissink (CEO) and Jan van Rooijen (CFO). Jan Willem Weissink is a former director of the Schiphol Group and Jan van Rooijen is the former CFO of VolkerWessels.
Weissink: “The new company name heralds the next phase of the company, in which we focus on residential real estate in vibrant, economically strong regions in the Netherlands and Germany. It is our ambition to further strengthen our position, both domestically and internationally. This name change also provides a clearer distinction between the international residential real estate activities and the other investment activities of the shareholder.”
