In the popular Soesterkwartier in Amersfoort we develop a small-scale residential project in accordance with the MorgenWonen concept.
We are building 48 luxury rental and owner-occupied homes on the former factory complex of Koninklijke Noack, a producer of processed meats and preserves.
Various types
The 16 owner-occupied and 32 rental homesare offered in various sizes and types. Corner or terraced house? Gable or flat roof? It is all possible!

All homes are developed in accordance with the sustainable MorgenWonen concept. This means that they are equipped with a heat pump, comfortable underfloor heating, PV solar panels and of course gasless.
