Neo capital buys SHARE Building at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp

Neo capital acquired the SHARE Building at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. SHARE Building is a development by Reggeborgh Vastgoed, VolkerWessels, Delta Development Group and G&S Vastgoed.

SHARE Building - a development with a total of approximately 8,000 m2 of office space spread over 4 floors - is the most recent office development at Park 20|20, the world's first Cradle to Cradle optimized work environment located in Hoofddorp.

Sustainable design

The office building is designed by the world-renowned architectural firm William McDonough + Partners and N3O architects. In addition to the sustainable design of SHARE Building, the BREEAM and LEED certified office building has the wellness of it’s occupants at the core of its design and operation.

L'Oréal Netherlands has signed as the first tenant for 6,200 m2 and is therefore the largest tenant of SHARE building. With the lease of more than three quarters of the building to L'Oréal, there is still a remaining availability of approximately 1,800 m2 on the entire second floor.

About Park 20|20

This successful acquisition also marks the subsequent development of Park 20|20, being The Campus and the adjacent plot. The Campus, a brand new prime office space that consists out of five building each which its own identity, that together forms a natural whole. These buildings will all be developed with the RE\DEFINE philosophy where safety, wellbeing and the user experience are at its core.
